How to report a problem

When reporting a bug, please include your browser and its version, your device, the file format and size you were working with, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. A screenshot is enough to illustrate the issue. Please never send photos of identity documents or other sensitive personal data in your message.

Suggest a tool or improvement

We love hearing what you wish the site could do. If there is an image task you run into often that we do not cover yet, tell us about it: what you are trying to achieve and how you do it today. Many of our tools started as user suggestions, so your idea may well become the next one.

Business, press, and advertising

For partnerships, press inquiries, or advertising questions, the same email works: [email protected]. Please mention the topic in the subject line so we can route your message to the right person. We read every message and aim to respond within one to two business days.

What we cannot do

Because your images are processed locally and never reach our servers, we cannot recover lost files: if a photo disappeared from your device, we simply never had it. We also do not offer phone or video support; email is the best and only channel for talking to us.
